Formlabs Customer Care interview questions

1 skype call with HR head 2 interview in their office in Berlin (full day) 3 interview with the CEO I had one hour skype call with the head of the recruitment team and it went pretty straight. She immediately told me that she wanted to invite me to the second step and that she would have e-mailed me about it in the next days. Already anticipated that the second step would have probably been in more than one month as the next recruitment day was already full, I said that this was fine for me. I received an e-mail 3 days later confirming that and saying that I would receive an e-mail regarding the next steps in the next month. I waited 2 months and I didn't receive any news so I asked for a feedback. They replied to me stating that they decided to focus more on a French speaker. I just thought that was a bit of unprofessional to say immediately "we invite you for the next step" and later disappearing completely.
