I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Formlabs (Somerville, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Initial contact with recruiter was a phone screening with two of their team members. This call lasted 15-20 minutes and I was told I'd move on to an in-person interview at the end. For the in-person interview, I had to prepare an informal presentation on two potential customers and walk through the sales process. After the presentation, I was interviewed by one of the sales managers for about 45 minutes and was asked fairly standard interview questions about previous work experience with a few curveballs thrown in. I made it to the final round for a second in person interview with the VP of sales and then the CEO interviewed me for about 10 minutes and had the final say before they extended an offer a few days later.
