The process is a fairly simple 4 step process: 1. An initial phone interview to discuss the job and your experiences. 2. Mock tickets related to the job. 3. In-person interview to meet the team. 4. Background check/references then offer The recruiters are friendly, but a bit disorganized. Once past the phone interview and the mock tickets, I was not accepted to the next steps. The process was quick and painless but truly felt like the recruiters are looking for ways to fill their days with work. When I asked about the company outlook, my recruiter was unable to give me confidence in the direction Formlabs was headed, thus I am glad to not be continuing with this company.
