There were 3 interviews: - the first was with the HR guys, in which they asked me questions about myself and my motivation for that position. they also explained better the position and the company and i was able to have a tour of the Berlin office. Then I had to complete a test ticket from home before being called in for the next interview; - the second interview was a ticket test for the first part, and then a meeting with team leaders of the dptm I applied for, talking about decision making, communication within and outside. - third interview was with the Europe Head of Operations, was a brief Skype call in which he summed up my 2 passed interviews just to know me a little I guess. the whole experience was pretty positive, even though it took almost 2 weeks between each step, and the third interview didn't add anything to what I already showed them so it just prolonged the process.
