I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Formlabs in May 2019
Interview
There were two rounds of the screening process:
1. Phone interview
2. Complete a task
The HR suggested me to give a few time slots for the interview and was really helpful along the process. The timing of the phone call was perfect with no delays and overall the interview was really smooth. I cleared the phone interview and was assigned a task immediately after the phone interview. This is where I faced some communication problem with the company. Guidelines in the task suggested that there would a phone call following the completion of the task to discuss and justify the results obtained during the completion of it but no phone call was received. Instead, I received a rejection email after a couple of days.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Formlabs (Boston, MA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Good but didn’t give time for preparation. Had to wait for months for response. Overall good experience. Questions asked based on resume. Good experience for beginners. Have to be prepared
