After applying through their website, a phone interview was conducted for a first screening, followed by a take-home test, followed by an on-site panel interview. The phone interview was a pleasant and smooth experience, the on-site interview less so: it started late, the booked meeting room was occupied and one of the interviewers seemed quite disinterested in the goings on. The debriefing was perfectly pleasant.
