Interview
I had two interviews with the Materials team. The first one was a call with one of the Materials Leads. This call was more like a Q&A than a conversation. The second call was a technical interview with two members of the team. Both calls were mostly focused on previous experiences, which I think is pretty standard.
Overall, the HR people were pretty understanding about scheduling calls/communicating timelines.

The interviewee was not allowed to share slides. Questions could center on the understating of printing. During the interview, maybe because of startup nature, the interviewer move on from a question to the other very fast, the whole process is very like technical tests.

The recruiter ghosted my emails regarding doubts I had about the process. The manager was 15 mins late for my TPS but he was nice, asked basic questions about resume. Overall gave a positive vibe and said they'd get back by end of the week. Got a rejection next week without much explanation.
