One of the most bang average interview processes I have encountered in my 10 year experience. You would think the interview is going so well and then they send you a technical package. They claim that they are only looking at our "thinking" process and there is no right or wrong answer. Within a couple of days, they send you a rejection probably because they didn't like your "thinking" process.
