The process took almost 3 months, that was 8 interviews (!) plus the home assignment (several days of work) and a few phone calls to sync with the hiring manager. After putting a lot of energy into the interviews and the home assignment everyone I've talked to gave a positive feedback about my professionals skills. At the end of the process I talked to the CPO, who was arrogant and condescending. He had 30 mins for me, but he was forcing the others to let us talk. During the interview it became clear for me that he didn't know anything about me or the state of my application. He stated that I've spent only shorter periods at my earlier employers so I am too risky to hire. I have 15+ years of experience in my profession and always had a reason to start something new. My CV clearly shows that mine is not a "job hopper" story. I know there was a disagreement in the company about my hiring, but the CPO ignored others' opinion and asked the manager to decline my application. The effort I've put into this wasn't compensated at all.
