Interview
I submitted an online application with a cover letter and resume in late December.
A few days later, I was greeted with a scheduling form to select times to interview which were not kept up as planned and had to be rescheduled because of office issues.
The phone interview itself was late, very informal and clearly performed by someone with minimal or no formal operations or human resources training.
The interviewer sounded irritated with me and rushed to talk as if I were a pestilence. I was asked about my former experience and my résumé and cover letter were picked apart (which obviously weren't read thoroughly because I answered the questions sought answers to in the letter). After stumbling on awkward questions I was hung up on.
I was told that I'd get a response about the next stages of the interview process 2-3 days after the phone screening but heard nothing -- literal radio silence -- so after waiting a week to hear back, I sent an email to ask about where I stood in the process and was replied to with a generic form rejection letter asking me to try again in the future. Bear in mind that I, the APPLICANT, had to reach out to them to get rejected!!!!So much for autonomous work culture.
I've never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully in an interview round. The interpersonal skills and relationship between applicants and current employees needs major improvement. Given the location of the company itself, I can't help to think that Formlabs selects from Ivy Leagues exclusively, which is elitist.
I'd be very wary of a company that claims to have a startup culture yet has zero organization when it comes to managing applicant profiles.
Workers and prospective applicants beware!

Interview
The interview process was formal but not too uptight. The interview process took me around 30 minutes. Team manager was the interviewer and it was an one to one interview. If the first interview goes well, there will be a project and a second interview to present the project.
I applied online. I interviewed at Formlabs in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process took around 15 to 20 days. There were 4 rounds. One with the HR second with the team head and third with the hiring manager and last with the HR and the team head to discuss the salary and the start date. The entire process was smooth, simple, and straightforward. Kudos to the HR team for extremely prompt communication
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Formlabs (Boston, MA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Approximately two months spent over 3-4 interviews, with a week between emails. I was very interested in the position, but it seems like the team wasn't committed to bringing someone on board. I made it clear from the beginning of the process that I was planning on relocating for the position, but didn't get a "no" until less than a month before the start date.
