Formlabs Manufacturing Technician interview questions

Submitted resumé and cover letter online. Process was composed of two phone interviews (I’m located far away from their Somerville HQ) and a technical assessment. Interviewers seemed interested and engaged, which was a good experience. Technical assessment was applicable, challenging, and interesting. I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my answers with a member of the team I was interviewing for. Overall, positive interviewing experience. I was not selected, and it was communicated to me that they chose a candidate with more experience in a part of the job I was (admittedly) lacking in.
