Fragomen Administrative Assistant interview questions

I applied for the opening after seeing it posted on my university's career center page. HR contacted me to schedule a 20-minute phone interview - she asked me several questions and then told me about the kind of work the office does. She was really nice over the phone and I was glad when she called me back a few days later to schedule an in person interview. A few minutes later, a detailed e-mail from her showed up in my inbox. It included the exact office location, where I should park, how I should get up to the office suite, the names of the people I would be meeting with, etc. I met with the woman who did my phone interview and then she introduced me to the team that had the opening. They were super down to earth and easy to talk to. Even the receptionist was friendly made sure my parking ticket got validated before I left. They did have me do a test where I sorted some immigration documents (it was kinda tough) and then write about why I wanted the job - I can't remember the exact question/prompt (it was easy). In the end, I didn't get an offer from Fragomen, but I had a really good interview experience and was contacted by the HR person to say they had made an offer to another candidate and a brief explanation for why that person was a stronger/better fit (they had some immigration experience and I had none).
