I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frost Bank (Austin, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
Overall the interviews went pretty smoothly. I interviewed at the Frost Bank Tower headquarters in Austin. My first interview was with the head of HR I believe and was mostly just asking questions about my work history and my future career goals. The second interview was with the branch manager and immediately followed the first one. The second interview questions were more about past experiences and how I handled certain situations with customers and coworkers and what not. Both people I interviewed with were nice and welcoming.

Question 1
The question that caught me the most off guard was, “If you were to get a job with us, what are the top three reasons that you would quit?”
Pretty simple process and straight forward questions. Recruiter reached out for a phone screen and later 1 more interview. The application process was simple and recruiter was very friendly and patient.
