The process began with an online application. Within a couple of days I received an email requesting me to fill out and return a questionnaire. A couple of days after returning the questionnaire, I was sent an email requesting a phone interview. The interview was very basic containing a couple behavioral/leadership type questions. About two weeks after the phone interview I received an email stating that they were proceeding with other candidates.
