Thorough interview process. The entire process took me through 3 interviews. There was less emphasis on who you as a person and more emphasis on your operational and business knowledge. Usually you get interviewed by a Store Manager, then District Manager and then possibly an interview with a Visual Merchandising Manager.

Was asked to go over my work history, my current job description...etc. Then I was interviewed by a second manager and then asked time to interview with a different store manager later on that day. Each interview was about 10-15min long all the managers were all so friendly.
