Pretty simple, meet and greet, asked a list of questions based off behaviors, job offer, your of building and signed up for orientation Make sure your dressed to impress and personable. Personality is the key to success for some managers.
The same day I walked in and asked I was offered A job on the spot. I know for many the same could not be said. Appearances and attitude matter since I saw a lot of people come through our doors that did not keep consistency in presentation.
