I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gopuff (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2021
Interview
5 round interview process individually.
All remote, quick and speedy process.
The CEOs hold the last interview virtually and sometimes don't turn their cameras on, it's uncomfortable to interview virtually, and have to have your camera on when the interviewers are watching you
The process included five separate video interviews with five different interviewers. It all seemed pretty unorganized and the recruiter didn't follow up when they said they would. Overall, not a good vibe.
I was very pleased with my interview process for this role. All of the interviewers were very kind and I heard back fairly quickly after every round about next steps. I had a wonderful experience.
After applying online had a phone screen with a recruiter. They were very frantic sounding and in a rush. Came across very unprofessional and casual. I was immediately turned off and disinterested.
Received an email that we wouldn't move forward to video interview - which was a relief to not have to withdraw on my own.
This place sounds like a mess.
