The entire interviewing process began and ended quickly. An offer was extended in less than a week, decided after a 30 minute phone interview and an onsite interview with 3 separate people for a total of 2 hours. The hiring process was efficient, the interviews were casual while professional and information candid and comprehensive. Questions were very general about background experience, insurance knowledge, job related skills, current and future-personal and professional interests, and resume review for validity.
