Completed both a screening phone call with HR as well as a phone interview with a remote executive. My screening call with HR was stressful due to the approach that was taken when the employee thought I had applied for a different role and started asking aggressive questions about why I was leaving my current role. My phone interview with the executive was very friendly, however. After the interview, I received no follow up and my email asking about if I was still under consideration went unanswered.
