Sent in resume and cover letter. Attempted to follow-up two weeks later for an update. No info online how to contact HR, so I called main office but the HR voicemail full. Emailed marketing (since their website has no other way to contact HR), who forwarded to the general HR email, and HR sent response (from a no-reply account) that the posting was closed and (paraphrased) 'we only send confirmation of reciept of applications'. Wow, no wonder they're looking for someone in Compliance. This is 2020 and system generated emails are a thing, so ghosting candidates is just rude and disrespectful to a candidate's time. Will never apply again if this is how they treat their customers or employees!
