Interview with VP of Product Engineering - During the interview, the communication could have been more effective and organized. There were instances where there was difficulty understanding the questions being asked, which made it challenging to provide the best possible responses. There must've been a misunderstanding between the recruiter and VP as the recruiter explained a very different role than what the VP explained during the interview process which made preparation useless. Body language was apparent that they were not in the mood to interview anyone and came off as very unprofessional. Additionally, there were interruptions and distractions that hindered the flow of the conversation. Overall, not impressed or pleased with the hiring process and could be vastly improved upon.
