I wanted to share my experience interviewing with Grave. Per Gravie interviewer, they are opening a new location in Las Vegas. They have several classes starting on weekly basis and they are making offers on Friday with background check the following week, with start date the following Monday. So I applied for 2 dates. The first start date was 7/10/2023. I have phone interview and was passed on the supervisor interview the next day via ZOOM. However, unable to get ZOOM to work. Interviewer said she would work to reschedule. After waiting a week or so, I emailed interviewer, then left her a message. Next I emailed second interviewer handling 7/17 date. Unknown to me, 2nd interviewer was 1st interviewer's manager. Shortly thereafter I received call back. To 2nd interviewers credit, he did try and assist with ZOOM. However, I found out 7/17 class was full. I feel like because 1st interviewer ghosted me, and I missed out on opportunity to interview. So I applied for class on 7/31. I received some word salad that this was different managers, etc. and have not heard anymore about it. This entire experience, combined with other reviews makes me wonder if I did not dodge a bullet here. I understand the need for patience, but to me ghosting a unprofessional, start up company or not. Just my opinion.
