All interviews were conducted via Zoom. The first round was with an HR recruiter, who asked about my background and experience, and also provided an overview of Gravie’s benefits and company culture. The second round was with the Director of Underwriting, who focused more on my previous underwriting experience, asked detailed underwriting-related questions, and inquired about my approach to mentorship and team collaboration.
