Interview
This was my first large group interview which I found difficult to participate and compete in. However the group interview was well managed and was very efficient in finding out everyone's knowledge and skills in retail. Overall it was a very useful experience that I can learn and benefit from in the future.

What is the most important part about this position?
She did not call back after telling me she would. Asked me bunch of questions such as what is my availability and how old I am. Also the manager was not there so it was a regular employee who did the interview. Also it was only 1 minute
Group interview - initially accepted. It was seasonal and they held one job for post busy season. They didn't tell people ahead of time and eventually offered it to me, but far too late as I had to secure a job sooner
