Two technical rounds One HR round One HR called to inform they will proceed with creation of Offer No discussion so far on my compensation. I would like to understand is this how it happens with Haleon? Like though asking them about compensation they didn't talk but at the end they took my documents stating I am selected for this role and will proceed with creating offer. Question is: Though I had three rounds of discussion they never asked me what is my current CTC and what is my expectations which is very strange.
