Interview scheduled by a consultancy for senior engineer iOS developer position. First round is Telephonic Basic Technical questions and I cleared it . 2nd round Face to face Technical questions in depth and I cleared that too, next Hiring manager round on same day. Later another coding exercise round which they given me a problem exercise and one day time to develop an App. I have done it and went to for code review on the next day, that round is also cleared, on the Same day Another Round is with Mobile Team Head just to know what you are upto and all and Final round is Hr round where she asked me about Current package and expected package. And told will do your salary discussion on next week. After a week I sent a mail to Hr to remind about the discussion. He replied to my mail saying There is a mismatch in your competency. So we will keep your resume and will get back you when the profile matches. I was really shocked to hear that with you knowing about my profile they took 6-7 rounds of interview and end of all the rounds this is what I got to hear from the Hr. Being a level 5 company, dint expected something like this from Honeywell. Really thanks for the experience you gave . I will never recommend to any of my friends nor I apply anymore.
