The interview process was flawless. I was contacted by Horizon Media's HR dept. via LinkedIn and within four days had an offer. The HR coordinator was able to answer all the questions I had and went out of her way to track down information in regards to tuition reimbursement, advanced learning opportunities, and my new teams day to day structure.

I applied through LinkedIn and heard back feom the internal talent recruiter within a few days. I had a Skype interview and then 1 in person interview with another senior member of the team. Got the offer by the end of the same day as the in-person. The talent recruiter was very good at keeping in contact with me throughout the entire process.
