Interview
I was called by HR and she asked me a few questions like why I left my last job and how long was I there . Then I was set up with a face to face interview. I talked to the HR front desk supervisor and General manager. They offered me the job right on the spot . This was definitely the longest interview I've ever been on lasting and hour.

Interview
I initially applied back in December 2015. I followed up once before Christmas and again after the New Year. The applications were put on hold because of the holidays. I think I landed an interview because I followed up and spoke directly to the Director of HR and the HR Manager. I did really well on all 2 of the interviews. First, I interviewed with the HR Manager, then the Assistant Guest Experience Manager, and then the Director of Guest Experience. I got to the second round and met with the HR Director. After that, I got another call saying that I passed the next step where they would run a background check and do reference checks on me. I didn't get the position but I think persistence will eventually pay off!
