Very laid back and straight to the point. Hired on the spot and told what my daily duties include, rate of pay, hours I’ll be working, and how many hours per week I’ll be getting.

I came in for an interview and it lasted about 15 minutes. They asked if I had any experience as a barista and if I was willing to learn how to operate an espresso machine. THey asked what my other skills were and what my weaknesses are. Basic questions like that. The interview was really easy

Interview Process was fairly simple, but thorough. Interviews took place with different levels of management including; Human Resources, Food and Beverage Managers and Director. This was all done one on one not a panel.
