Low key, conversational and informative. The manager asked me about my personal style, how I would approach customers, etc. I had the opportunity to ask about hours, schedule, incentives/sales goals, etc.

Very laid back and friendly. Simple basic questions like do you have any sales experience? Have you worked in retail before? The gave me informative information on the company its requirements and background.
It was pretty easy. Didn’t really ask me much. Ask me 3 questions and called it a day. It lasted maybe 15 mins max. I asked them a few questions and they answered.

It was pretty straightforward and easy. They asked some basic questions like what is your sales background. It lasted only 30 mins. It was much easier than most job interview.
