there were two groups of five had to discuss team scenarios together while there were staff watching us and listening in. Next, it went on to individual interviews and the general format. They are interested in your other commitments and life too.

No individual interview, only need to complete a group interview. Complete one hypothetical team exercise with 5 minutes to write down ideas to share. If you apply at Christmas it will be a Christmas shopping event.
