Essentially just one group interview - given a scenario and asked to discuss with you group while you are watched by senior members of staff. You are also given a sheet of paper in which you read the scenario

Interview
Submitted CV and cover letter online and was then emailed a week later to attend a group interview of 12 people, heard back 2 weeks later to say I had been successful.

There were no questions, it was a group exercise instead.
Group presentation, followed by a one on one interview with management which was good, and informative, but seemingly not very well planned. I did get the job though, so I must have done something right.
