I talked to a Team Leader about what i did in University and on my master thesis. It wasnt i tecnical interview. I was tested in english. They also made a general presentation about the company
I had first HR round which went very good. Later they asked me to do a task which was 2 days worth effort. I told them that I had exams and if its possible to do it later or maybe have smaller task for me? Initially they said yes and then ghosted me for 2 weeks after which they rejected me.
This ghosting and not willingness to accomodate shows how they treat their employees. :)
Everything was fine. The questions were adequate. And the process of all interviews was fast. The recruiter was always in touch and promptly answered all questions that arose. I recommend it.
