I was called into a group interview about a week or so after I applied online. They were really trying to get enough seasonal people and the interview process wasnt extensive

Easy - quick questions. Met with two people. Interview probably lasted 10-15 minutes. Got a phone call same day - within a couple hours that they wanted to hire me.

Why do you want to work here, strength weaknesses.
It was fairly quick. I was brought into a back room which then I talked to who I believe was the manager of the store. I was only asked about five questions before I was allowed to leave, being told I would only be contacted if I was accepted for the position.
Standard interview at the store. Talked to manager, go over experience, expectations. Describe interest in Michaels/crafts experience. Customer service based questions and describing situations dealing with customers. Your strengths and weaknesses
