Hiring now goes through an HR specialist. The initial step will be a phone screen with probing questions like - are you comfortable making cold calls? The second step is a behavioral interview with local office staff that is more in-depth into how you will handle work situations.

Give SPECIFICS - during behavioral interviewing my biggest pet peeve when we ask someone to give an example of a time they identified a problem and resolved it is when they say, well I can't think of a specific but usually I just make a list of how to solve, talk to supervisor, etc... we want to know about specific times you used skills such as problem solving so don't be afraid to be specific.
