This was from a few years back before COVID. The first interview was just a phone screener with an HR person. The second interview was a quick phone interview with the manager. Lastly, we come to the third interview on-site at their Mason, Ohio office. They had me scheduled to speak with multiple people across their Software Engineering and User Experience departments. I believe I was at the building for about 3-4 hours in total. Everything went okay in the interview, but talking to several people over that amount of time was a bit exhausting. They just asked your typical questions and some of the devs I met with gave me some whiteboarding problems for database design and C# code. After the interview, I didn't hear back from them for weeks, so I assumed they ghosted me. However, I did eventually hear back from them with a rejection about a month and a half after the on-site interview. Overall, the process was okay, but being on-site for that long and having to keep switching rooms and repeating myself to new people was tedious. I also wasn't able to ask questions I had for certain people there as we ran out of time with me answering their questions.

Only interview with this company if you want to waste your time or if you're fine being low balled. During the recruiter screen I was asked about my salary requirement to make sure I wouldn't raise it by the end of the process and be out of budget. We both agreed on a number. I proceeded to do well on all the interviews and they decided to low ball me. I guess its bad if I raise my number at the end of the process but not if they lower theirs. Think 15% difference Recruiter screen 15 minutes, hiring manager interview 30 minutes, take home assessment, technical interview 1 hr. the interviews were all easy and I appreciated the lack of leetcode. Every one was nice during the process until it was time for the money talk

I had a 30 minute interview with the director where she told me about the company and followed by an hour interview with 3 developers. I coded 2 algorithms, they gave feedback and added a few caveats so I had to adjust my solution accordingly. That was all! Very quick process.
