I was hired through their mass hiring process where the marketing personnel asked me about my experience in retail and he just forwarded me to the manager he thought was deemed appropriate to handle my interview. Not very thorough I must say but I guess they were just looking for people to fill in their staffing right away.

The interview will be conducted by the district manager, it's very straightforward and simple questions. They were very nice and created a welcoming environment. It was a short interview, maybe 10-15 minutes.

Give me an example of a time when you had to work under pressure or meet a tight deadline. How did you prioritize and manage your time?
The interview was not intimidating, it was very easy and very comfortable. They were questions you didn’t have to put much thought in and you should already know. No need to be nervous about it.
