The interview process lasted six weeks from recruiter screen to final decision. It included seven conversations totaling more than five hours with the recruiter, hiring manager, CTO, product manager, peers, and panel interviews. I also completed two take-home assignments, each followed by a presentation and discussion interview. Multiple follow-ups were required to receive status updates, and stated communication timelines were missed. The process concluded with a generic automated no-reply rejection email one week after the final interview. Throughout the process, the feedback I received was consistently positive, and every team member I met was professional and enjoyable to speak with.
