Northwest Federal Credit Union interview questions

Frankly, I have not had an interview process like this, since Network Solutions, in the 90’s!! My recruiter, John Jackson, is absolutely STELLAR!! Usually, in recent years, you are left with a million questions, but from the start, I literally had no questions! The thoroughness and details offered in the process are not only perfect, it is what other companies need to do and follow!! It is very difficult for me not to have any questions, and for the first time since the 90’s, I had literally zero. Their recruiting process is detailed, professional, friendly and with exceptional follow through!! The entire organization is a normal Corporate structure but with a clear atmosphere of family... and this is the type of environment in which employees excel, grow, learn, and succeed. The employees are valued and are their number one asset.

I was interviewed by two gentlemen who were nice enough but I lacked experience in a certain loan product so not selected. I attempted to contact a woman in HR since I have experience that maybe a good fit elsewhere but my email went unanswered. This same person even reached out to me months ago via LinkedIn. Is it too much trouble to respond rather than to ignore someone? . I think that is impolite and unprofessional . I’m done trying with this place.
