OKG Product Designer interview questions

Very strange and robotic interview process, expects you to speak mandarin once the interview starts, Wasn't even interested in listening to your case studies right at the start. Wasn't interested in being design driven.

Prepare better for design candidates - i was not given a design exercise after the first round but upon the panel interview, was requested to present an exercise that I was not given. The recruiter failed to confirm a date for the panel interview nor did he send an invite for one and subsequently was told that I have missed an interview that I have no idea I was supposed to go for. While I admire the company's ambition to 'globalise' and accept non-Mandarin speaking candidates, my interviewer's lack of understanding of English prevented me from understanding their questions, regardless of several attempts to clarify the questions with them, with one of my interviewers in the panel interview having completely zero knowledge of English, which begs me to question how effective was the interview for them and how they were able to process my responses and come up with the decision whether to go forward or not with a candidate. Overall, one of the worst experiences i've had interviewing with a company.
