I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OneTrust in Sep 2017
Interview
I was approached by an HR person from the US, all very well. We had a call and after that, a call was scheduled with the MD. This call had to be rescheduled multiple times and eventually, I lost interest.

Question 1
Questions about the type of sales/business/customers you're currently dealing with. I was a bit surprised that she didn't ask me whether I was successful in what I do.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OneTrust (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Invested quite a bit of time in the interview process and got to senior exec levels. They spoke to a reference of mine and ended up trying to recruit that person while I was still in the interview process. It was disappointing and unprofessional since they were not actively speaking to my reference as a candidate until then. They never actually closed the loop even after I followed up which is also unprofessional. I’m glad I dodged a bullet on this one.
