During the interview process you find out that there are very few hours given to work until completing each training and no pay for a whole month( the company decided to not pay the new workers until four weeks even though the pay usually is twice a month because too many people were quitting after a few days time.)

General questions about yourself and what you want to do for work.
Interview was very easy. They asked about work history background, strengths and weaknesses, and availability. I met face to face with a manager and spoke within the cafe, he asked about my scheduling availability and explained the training process. Definitely a good experience, I accepted and have enjoyed working here so far.
