Applied online and a recruiter reached out to ask if I was interested in a role that I just applied for. I responded promptly and received no response. The same recruiter reached out in regards to another supervisor role - schedules a phone screen with me and never calls. Very sloppy and inconsiderate behavior from the recruiting team.
