First Round was Telephonic, They asked all .Net WPF, C# related questions, the first interview went around 30 - 40 Minutes. Then after few days I was informed that I have been selected for the second round and second was company place. I went and it was primarily a job level and role level interview. As I have experience of more than 5 yrs, so mainly The technical questions were not much. Anyhow I got the offer letter after three days, I declined because there hike procedure is confusing.

there was technical test of 45 questions, those who cleared are through for technical interview.
In technical interview i was asked about projects undergone, sql, unix. After satisfactory answering those questions I was through to second technical interview where I was asked questions related to automation testing and particularly webdriver testng.
Threrafter there was HR round for you salary negotiations.
There is not muchhike Persistent can provide. It gave me hike 30% of my current package.
Overall it was good experience.
