Meet with the manger and then go through 3 rounds of interviews and then a job shadow. Your led around the building and you go through the day of life of each region.
Beaucoup de temps écoulé entre premier appel, premier entretien et feedback final. Entretiens + ou - bien structurés selon interlocuteurs et selon compétences RH de ces derniers. Ne se passe pas via un cabinet de recrutement mais directement avec Pfizer.

Almost all STAR based questions regarding previous experiences and how they would apply to the company. Definitely make sure to research the company culture before the interview. The recorded portion was a little awkward because you are strictly timed on your answers so make sure to practice answering questions within 3 minutes.
