Began with a 30 minute phone interview with someone on the team in a similar role. This interview was primarily screening questions, asking about background information and resume in addition to providing some situations in which you had to select between two options. The second round interview was with a Manager on the direct team I was applying to. It was a little more in-depth asking about specific experiences, the direction I wanted to go in the future, and how I saw myself fitting on the team.

I had two phone interviews with two different individuals. The first lasted about 40-50 minutes and the second had a hard stop at the 30 minute mark, which left no time for questions or answering any of her questions in-depth. The first interviewer was late to our call and seemed very inexperienced when it came to interviewing people and asked extremely silly questions. Both individuals failed to really describe what the position entailed or the projected growth of the team/company, leaving me wary about the experience level of the employees/management.

Two interviews over the phone. One to assess culture and fit with a current employee. This was more a list of questions rather then a conversation. The other was with a director of the team I was applying to. This was a normal flowing conversation with interview questions here and there. The last step was to meet the CEO in person or via Skype, lunch with the Customer Success team and meet with the VP of operations. The spot I was applying for was filled before my onsite interview date. I enjoyed talking to both employees over the phone and HR was very responsive, quick, and informative.
