      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ring (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2018

      Interview

The process was simple and easy. My initial interview with Ashley was great. She was exceptionally detailed and answered 99% of all my questions without me even having to ask. My interactions with Sean were also great. The high level of communication and detail was phenomenal and this was, hands down, the best recruiting and interview experience I've ever had!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had to communicate something that you didn't agree with. How did you handle that communication to your agents?

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ring (Tempe, AZ) in Nov 2018

      Interview

The interview process was streamlined and professionally handled, but it's clear that you're interviewing with a tech-focused company, because most interviewers also take a laid-back approach. So what could have been a naturally nerve-wracking experience wound up being more like a conversation among people who are simply trying to determine if we can all work together respectfully and successfully. Telephonic pre-screen on 10.29.2018 with corporate recruiter: pretty casual with a few STAR-format questions. In-person interview on 11.5.2018 with two operations managers: more traditional format with several STAR-based questions; session felt more akin to mutual discovery than interview, which was refreshing and comforting; both friendly managers with distinct personalities. Telephonic interview on 11.9.2018 with senior operation manager: focused on two planks of the Amazon Way and how my professional experience lined up with it; still casual yet professional. Offer and negotiation on 11.12.2018. I think other companies in the Valley should take note of Ring's approach to interviewing: *Reasonable number of interviews *Conscientious communication *Discussion versus interrogation approach Definite recommend!

      Interview

3 part process, took about a month to complete all 3 parts. First was a phone interview, second in person with OM and senior OM, 3rd phone interview with VP. A lot of questions around coaching style and specific situations. Have good examples to provide detailed answers.
