As expected. My endeavor started with a 20-25 min phone interview with a recruiter. Then, an offer was made to come in a meet for a live interview. Upon my arrival to the Ring facility, I was greeted by my recruiter, given a quick site tour, then I was allowed to sit an observe an Agent work in progress. Next, I moved on to a sit down greeting and brief discussion of expectations and my background with a very friendly manager - whom I hope to work with once I am onboard.
