I want to express my disappointment to learn that your interview experience at Rokt wasn’t valuable to you. Any feedback is valued at Rokt as we’re always looking to improve as a business - we have responded to your points raised below.
Our hiring process is developed to try to test both technical and cultural fit, and therefore it is tailored to the key requirements of each role. In the case of business development, we give all of our candidates the same brief, a process we created 12 months ago.
In reviewing the materials submitted, we look for certain elements that demonstrate comprehension of the brief, including but not limited to: setting clear objectives, demonstrating customer knowledge, layout, presentation of a clear value proposition, utilisation of information extracted from our website, and clear next steps.
We typically give candidates five to seven days to prepare for the presentation and encourage candidates to come back to us with clarifying questions. We are disappointed to hear you were informed of an interview cancellation on the same day, as we take candidate experience seriously. That being said, we take your feedback on the process and clarification of timelines, and will ensure our team address this, to also allow them review time prior to setting the next interview.
