I was given one day advance notice to come to the interview while I was still employed from my old job. The interview was average and felt like the recruiter was checking how I carried myself. The position was for 2nd shift and I was asked why I was looking for that shift.

How do you handle irate customers? How do you handle disagreement with managements?

Interview
1 screening interview, 1 manager interview, 1 director interview. The interview with the director is the most nerve-racking one. If you just be yourself and talk about the company's goal, you should be good.
